Reward For Effort colt Kasi Farasi provided his owners with a huge thrill on Saturday, winning the $120,000 Three-Years-Old Handicap over 1440m.

Breeders of Kasi Farasi, Andrew Sear and Daryl Shave retained the exciting colt after passing in for $85,000 under Chatswood’s Draft at the 2016 Inglis Premier Yearling Sale. He then returned to the Chatswood Hills for a further 8 months before departing to be broken in and ultimately trained by Mick Price. Kasi Farasi has taken his earnings to over $120,000 in just three races and will not be seen until the Autumn with connections aiming him towards Group success.

Kasi Farasi has a full brother yearling and foal at Chatswood, meanwhile his dam Disturbingthepeace (High Chapparal) was recently covered by first season sire Ajaya.

Kasi Farasi joins a growing list of successful progeny of Reward For Effort that were offered by Chatswood at the Inglis Premier Sale including:
Brugal Reward: Group 3 Typhoon Tracy Stakes Winner
